"Very very helpful staff - I received lots of support dealing with airline delays on arrival and modified check-in times, as well as detailed and expert advice on restaurants and attractions around Rome. Also very well located - close to the Vatican and some great restaurant areas. Technically adjacent to train tracks which made me nervous about noise as I'm a light sleeper, but the room was very well soundproofed and I had no issues."

"While the location is up a hill and far from central Rome, it was still A nice property to stay at. It was clean and accommodating. The room was small and the building is old, but it worked for us since we only stayed to sleep. The hotel was able to order our taxis for us. That is the only downfall because you spend a lot on taxis to get to the places you need to go. They did have storage for our luggage which was helpful."
