So many rules!
i stayed in a single room w/ a terrace -- which I was super excited about. The room was incredibly smaller in person and the terrace overlook nothing...making it not worth the extra dollars. Same with the rooftop terrace -- it did not offer anything great. The free breakfast is so-so -- I was over it the first day. The hotel is in a lively area and you can hear EVERYTHING day and night.
A MAJOR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE was the visitors rule. I have friends in Rome who came to visit me at the hotel and they were giving them only 15 minutes to go up and even took their ID's/Passport. What is this a correctional facility? This was a first for me...
Oh, the room card also kept demagnetizing. I had to go and have them reset 3 times. The deal person helping me was so over it, but it wasn't my fault. She eventually told me I cannot keep the room card next to my iPhone. Which is hard because I toss them both into my small purse. For the next few days I had to one or the other in my bra. Ugh.

Ventilation in the bathroom in necessary When you showered it would get uncomfortably steamy
A bit bigger TV, not a big deal to most, but I sleep with the TV on.
The bar area was great and so was our bar tender
On arrival the receptionist talked us through a map of the area, personally took us up to our room and showed us the air con, mini bar etc.
Lovely modern and luxurious room, spacious marbled bathroom.
SPA NOT FREE OF CHARGE UNLESS ROOM BOOKED DIRECTLY THEOUGH HOTEL LUNETTA SITE. €15 per use otherwise. Only negative point for us.
We took a chance (not having travelled to Rome before) and were very pleased. Great location and the employees at the front desk were helpful above & beyond. Especially Mike (I think actually spelled Michele) & another guy whose name I cannot remember. Stayed 3/18/16-3/20/16

This hotel is probably the best central location to all the landmarks you will find. You can walk out of the door and have all the must see sites all within a short walk. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us to make our stay very comfortable. The hotel was very modern, very suited to couples but would be good for small families looking for something a bit different. Breakfast in bed every morning was very nice.

In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
