The staff at this hotel are so helpful and pleasant , on arrival giving us a map and showing routes to the various sights. The room was modern style and kept really clean, there was good air con, and the bed very comfortable , breakfast was simple buffet but there was always plenty. The roof terrace was a nice bonus. Street noise maybe a problem to some if the windows were open, the very small lift only did floors 1 to 4 so stairs up to the roof terrace or down to the breakfast room may be a problem for those with walking difficulties. For us it was a great place to stay.

Staff and reception was very professional and helpful. They gave us a quick "map tour" of Rome and helped us to our room. You can't beat the location, close to everything. The room was clean and nice. Biggest bathroom we had in Italy! They give you vouchers for a breakfast across the street which was much better than the breakfasts we received at other B&B's. I would highly recommend!

You can walk to the entire historic area of Rome as well as Vatican. The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is helpful. It is an old hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was excellent. We have stayed here many times for the last two days of our trips before departing from Rome airport. The street is busy and there is a bus stop. Not a quiet corner.

The hotel has the most wonderful view over the Piazza Navona, which is a perfect location with many restaurants, artists and entertainers.
The room was comfortable , clean and spacious with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
I recommend this hotel , and would definitely stay there again .
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well-equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we'd had at any place we had stayed. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
The hotel Location was excellent. Would book again purely for this. A few steps to piazza Navona, round the corner from the Pantheon & minutes to Spanish Steps. Right in the hub of all the action, but tucked away in a quiet street. So many restaurants, bars etc.. on doorstep. Area feels very safe at night & not far to walk back to hotel. Also easy to pop back in between excursions during the day to freshen up or drop bags off after shopping.
The hotel itself was ok - a bit functional, but then you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable & the family room that we stayed in felt spacious enough. Would have like a full length mirror & the bathroom was tight with shower unit in bedroom. I felt that the photos made it look slightly better than it actually was. I think a few more practical touches like mirrors, tables etc in room would have made it more comfortable. The staff were all great & really went out of their way to help.

Hotel is very close to must major attractions - 10- 20mins. Rooms very well maintained and supplies where refreshed on a daily basis. Hotel Staff was excellent. Special thanks to Alyssa and Daniella (please forgive me if I misspelled your names.) Neither my wife or I can speak Italian but these two ladies made us feel at home and helped us whenever we had questions about the area. They truly went over and above by calling our transportation and air travel contacts,to make sure that everything was good to! Thank you, ladies! You deserve a big raise!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful massage in the Spa which a relaxing start to our vacation. The hotel staff were lovely and extremely helpful going out of their way to assist us with obtaining theatre tickets. On the down side our standard room was small although we had been upgraded to a room with a spa bath which was amazing - the bed rose up on wires revealing the large bath underneath. Very romantic! we would stay here again but would opt for a larger room.
Stayed 3 nights, great service, could walk everywhere from the hotel. Only drawback was lack of drawer and closet space. Bathroom is modern and spacious. Very nice breakfast. Front desk very helpful with dinner reservations.
In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
