- Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The main positive of this hotel was the location! Right next to the trevi fountain which is the reason I booked it. However, the staff wasn't super attentive - we asked for towels to be brought up to our room like 3 times before they actually came. Not a big deal at all but it wasn't the best experience. The the hotel itself was extremely small, especially the shower, which I barely could turn around in, and the bed was super hard. The showerhead also shot out water at an unbearably high pressure and was just a mess. I literally felt like living out of this room was like being on survivor. For the price, you're paying for location and that's pretty much it. The room we had was the corner room on the top floor with the balcony (so im assuming its one of their nicest if not THE nicest room in the hotel) and it was still really sub par. Next time I go to Rome, I'd rather splurge somewhere else!
