I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out. When my child became ill and we needed to extend our stay, the staff handled everything smoothly, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rome. We had a great stay at the Glam, the location was perfect as it’s very walkable to main areas. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very kind! Special shout out Madellena (sp?) she was so welcoming and gave us numerous tips..really appreciate the extra care! A couple things to note is the bath/shower area is open, no door on this area, and it’s on a busy street so bring earplugs, not a deal breaker, just to be aware. The location and all the other benefits of this hotel outweighed these small inconveniences for us.

The Glam hotel is very centrally located. Slightly off the major tourist area so not a overly crowded but close enough to be able to walk to major landmarks. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are clean and spacious.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet room. Nice breakfast. It is also within walking distance to many down to earth very good restaurants serving traditional Roman dishes. Public transportation is also accessible right in front of the hotel.
