"Food was ok. Rooms were big. Cleaning wasn’t daily and it was a hit or miss if they would give us new towels. The worst was the bartender/waiter Francisco stole $100 dollars from us when we went to tip him. Then when we went to find him and complain, the staff told us he was off for the next 3 days and they couldn’t help us."

"If you're looking for a party all day and night, this is the place. There's never a dull moment; there's always something to do. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, there are also areas for that. The buffet food is excellent; there's no need to bother with the specialty restaurants, although they are also very good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for seniors, as it could be overwhelming for them given the number of young people who frequent it."

"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was a waste of time—from check-in to check-out. A lack of communication between the front desk and Expedia led to extra expenses for us. Room service was terrible and failed to live up to what was promised upon arrival. Be careful when they offer to show you the facilities; it turns out to be a sales pitch for a membership, and if you don't buy, they treat you like you don't exist. If you miss lunch, you have to wait until the evening meal; the hotel is quite large, and it is difficult to find food among the amenities. And much more"
