"Gorgeous. This place is a gorgeous complex that includes several hotels in the same place. Be sure you'll reserve your dinners in the restaurant of your preference (more than ten) with different mood: japanese, french, mexican and the list continues... if you want to. Otherwise you can eat in two buffet restaurants your dinners. Breakfasts and lunchs too, of course. There's a variety of live shows every night and you can go to other hotels using the train if you prefer other show in the complex. Some stores are included and invites you to don't abandon the complex but if you want to visit other cities, some tours are offer to visit vicinty or other cities like Santo Domingo. Is a place to enjoy...and don't forget Presidente, the local lager beer: tasteful and available like all other food and spirits like Mama Juana, a local liquor. Is a very good place."

"Cosas positivas: El resort tiene muchos snacks Durante el día, tienen en el parque acuatico, en la playa etc. La comida del buffet me parecio buena y algunos días con diferentes variedades. La comida de los restaurantes era buena (mi favorito fue el dominicano) pero el Mexicano y habachi fueron muy buenos tambien (menos el italiano). El ambiente y la música me parecieron muy entretenidos. Ahora vamos como lo negativo: Los tragos no me gustaron, en casi ningún bar. Probé diferentes y ninguno estaba bueno. Mi habitación tenía un excelente aire, sin embargo del baño salía un poco de mal olor, y las duchas no me gustaron el agua sale hacia afuera. Me tocó el edificio 1 por ende quedaba muy lejos de lobby y todo es caminando. En general he ido a más de 16/17 resort y a este comparando calidad y precio por 3 noches no pagué muy dinero por esa razón le daría un 8/10."

"The only way to go here is the preferred club. The amenities they provide are worth it... like you get to eat in the AC in a private area when you enjoy the buffet, you can make reservations at the restaurants (otherwise you wait really long times), you have a personal concierge you can message questions to, etc. That was totally worth the upgrade. The pool area is nice and has quiet areas to enjoy... especially at the preferred pool, because main pool area can get loud. The Cosmic Lanes place was worth doing, game area for kids, and our daughter enjoyed doing that nightly before dinner. The evening entertainment after dinner, starting at 9, in the theater was not world class but it was fun and the staff was so great. Reserve at table at Spice for the tappenyaki grill, because that was the best meal we had. Our room was a bit dirty (like smudges on doors, dirt on drawer handles, etc) but housekeeping was nice and the bed and linens were comfortable. The staff at this hotel is REALLY accommodating and helpful and nice. That was the highlight of the trip, the staff at the hotel were really great. All in all it was a wonderful family vacation and a great place to bring children."
