My stay was amazing! They did daily pool games/ activities, Staff always catered to us no matter the area!! Definitely so worth the price! Food was 10/10 for resort food, Theirs people on the resort and beach daily for you to book excursions to, 2x daily housekeeping. Room was amazing just so good over all!!

Serenade all suites- adults only was beautiful and exactly as described. Everything was clean, entertainment was fun, plenty of loungers, food was good and the staff were friendly. Ruth at the lobby bar was a gem and we looked forward to seeing her each night. Our butler, Agapito, was kind and helpful. Though a butler service is not really necessary. Seaweed season is a real thing so if that’s important to you check that out before you travel. The beach is beautiful too. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Serenade Adult side from June 3-11, 2026 was less than expected. I have to say the staff was super inviting and helpful. Unfortunately we had different incidents where we had roaches in our room, we saw some in the gym, the food serving areas (buffet) and the signature restaurant (hibachi). Very disheartening and cleanliness is an absolute must on vacation. Again staff was great but I would not stay at Serenade again.

My friend and I had a great overall experience at Serenade. The staff was amazing, Darius made sure we were enjoying ourselves daily! The only downside was that the property could’ve been better well kept (chairs had stains and damage from daily use) but, all in all, the scenery made up for it and the property itself was gorgeous. We definitely see ourselves coming back!
