"No clear instructions of where the receptionist is (the name of the hotel is nowhere to be found, maps take you somewhere else, after walking around back and forth asking 3 different people and being sent to diff places I finally had a woman actually input on my phone the location which is a total different hotel name. AC never cooled (I complained they sent a guy that up the fan and acted like I didn’t know how to use the AC remote diagnosed NPF said to wait to cool I slept sweating and WiFi...
