I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were nice, the property was well maintained and clean. Only thing is that the pools close at 6:30pm, and you can’t go for a swim at your own risk after this.

I was really enjoying my 60th b-day @ the Resort! We really enjoyed a big variety of delicious food. Our butler Jose Miguel Jimenez was extremely attentive, informative and caring. He booked all our dinners in a diverse restaurants and provided daily update about all activities @ the resort. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. I recommend drinks in the Main Lobby, all of them very tasty.

Our family visited this resort for the spring break. The resort has the right size - not too small and not too big. Lazy river was fun, enough shade at the beach, quick transportation around hotel, good variety of evening activities for the whole family. We were even assigned a butler! Jose made our experience smooth and enjoyable by taking care of every small request - restaurant reservations, taxi booking, luggage pickup, etc.

Overall the resort was great! Lots to do for kids and adults!! The staff were very friendly and eager to help. However, often times there wasn’t towels by the pool available. It is a great resort for families. The service in all parts of the resort was amazing and all the staff were great. The best part was meeting Franklin. He greeted us in our first day and when i told him we are a larger group and each family in the group is arriving at different time of the day, he took the initiative to use the last names and find us. Then he started a chat group for the larger family. And using the chat group he helped us with all arrangements we needed through out our stay. It just made our stay so much more comfortable.

We upgraded to privilege when we got to the property and it was worth the additional costs! We had José as our butler and he was incredible; extremely polite and helpful. He made our stay comfortable and made us feel so special during our 2 week honeymoon. Victor, a server at the pool in the el beso side, has as also lovely. He remembered our orders after the first day :) Highly recommend this place! And ask for José if you upgrade :)

I had a great stay with my family from April 12-17, 2026. Resort is beautiful and kept very clean. Staff on property were very friendly and very accommodating to children. There is lots to do on the resort itself, both for kids and adults. Beach is nice and my kids loved the different pools, especially the water park. One gripe is that many guests reserved the pool chairs with towels/belongings so it was hard at times to find vacant pool chairs. The night shows are entertaining - only con is that shows usually didn’t start until 9:30 which was very late for the younger kiddos. Lots of choices for restaurants but the food is subpar, particularly the buffet. Enjoyed the coffee shop but very long line in the morning. Overall, we had a great stay!

Room was clean and spacious. The food was ok but the buffet was desorganized, most of the times there where no plates, no spoons or even napkins. Waiters took a lot of time to serve water and any other drinks. Some of the waiter where not attentive, except for the staff of the jelly playhouse and the entertainment staff they where great, my kids love participating in their activities.
