"Not happy with our Shuttle service. Shuttle center. The day before we leave I made confirmation to pick us on Thursday at 12.30 pm. But the shuttle pick up came at 935 am. We were out of facility at that time. With no choice we have to reschedule the service for 12.30 pm with additional $29. I already paid for the to and fro transportation. The guy who came at 935 am to pick up without any advance notification was so rude. He said if you are not coming in 10 minutes I am leaving. So I paid extra $29 for shuttle even though I pre paid for all these. We are not young people to take this kind of extra stress. I am requesting for that $ 29 extra payment which I have to make forcefully. Otherwise my stay at Riu Repaplica was excellent , staffs were very friendly. Food was good. Hope you will do something for this situation. Beatrees. PATHIYIL "

"Everything and everyone from the minute we walkes in was a 10 out of 10. However..... As a lover of cooking and food, I unfortunately would have to give the food overall a 6 out of 10. Nothing was "terrible" but yet 90% of it was just..."ok". The food was just lacking that "somethething" that made you say "OMG, this was delicious!" For example, at times meats were over seasoned, buffet fruits were cut and served while not being ripe and i guess the best way to say it was that most things just lacked a "depth of flavor". Liquor service was excellent, but honestly I felt that the food was made in a way that "only had to be good enough" to feed people that were hungry after drinking all day, so it didn't have to be perfect. For comparison, we went out to eat one night in downtown and the food was SO good compared to yours. Again, your wasnt terrible, it was just "passable" and for an all inclusive I just expected more. *As a side note, i did not eat at any of your restaurants that needed reservations if that helps. Regardless, your hotel is an excellent one and i would always tell friends "
