"Kids Club was fantastic! My kids had a great time there and made many friends! The kids club staff were amazing with the kids and communicated very well with the parents using Whatapp. Thank you for the cute pictures and all the fun activities so that the parents could genuinely relax as well! We appreciate kids club the most from our trip!!! Our room cleaning staff, mini bar staff, room service staff, reception staff Santa and Andreas were so pleasant and welcoming! Santa gave us the perfect room with a lovely view and close up iuds club. Our room was so clean and comfortable! The air conditioning was so nice in our room and our mini bar was well stocked. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!"

"Lots going on at the Property everyday. Lots of food choices and you can find something for everyone. Book reservations early or you will not get into the restaurants…they need help with this! Food was good but not great. Pools are large in size and lots of fun however they could definitely be cleaner. For the most part the workers are very friendly and willing to help. You will find some that just want your money and have no problem telling you that. I did not like that at an all inclusive resort! Staff can get pushy about excursions and trying to talk you into joining Dimonad Rewards club which should not be happening. Overall it was a good place to stay a few days. I would say 4 nights is enough at this location. A week would way too long. "

"The room was so clean and i love the fact that they do clean it everyday. Their staff are so amazing, so helpful and so joyous. Their pool is so nice and clean, i love everything about it. Their food is so amazing and lovely. I went with my family and we all enjoyed and had fun. But i think they need to have more fun activities for kids, They need to have more fun parks for them and more fun activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. And we surely visit back in future."

"Breakfast buffet at main hall was good, limited and cold at buffet by the beach. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Outdoor pools were plenty, clean, some lively with music and activities, others quiet. Private swim up was not sunny, with cold water all the time due to trees for privacy. Also, private swim ups are actually shared with 2 other rooms so not so private."

"The rooms were a little on the old side. Everything else was great especially the accommodations that they made for us because we eat halal. Every night they prepared the meals for us at every restaurant we went to. It was great!! "
