"This property was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for my boyfriend and I. Each day the entertainment crew would put together fun activities. Pineapple and Chocolate from entertainment were the best, they made a fun environment and were highlights of our experience. When daytime activities were not happening the pool was relaxed and we were able to enjoy the space peacefully.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks. In my opinion, Roberto at the swim up bar was the best! Raulin from the breakfast omelette station also did a fantastic job. The property overall was clean and the staff were friendly. ANYBODY WHO HAS REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS WILL ENJOY THEIR STAY HERE.
Cons of the stay:
On some nights, certain restaurants may be closed. However if you make your reservations ahead of time through the website you can avoid issues.
Our stay was in July and seaweed was a problem, however by the end of our stay the resort had cleared it and we were able to enjoy the ocean.
There was a slight damp smell in our room in the beginning of our stay, it cleared up, again anyone realistic will be fine.
Ourselves and other guests would've liked the music at the swim up bar pool to be louder!!!!"
