"The weather was great, the swim-up room was perfect. The beach was beautiful early in the morning, a bit of seaweed in the late morning/afternoon. The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs. "

A very special thank you to the best team at the Tiki Bar — Antonio, Moreta, and Amber — for their incredible service, positive energy, and amazing drinks. They truly made our vacation unforgettable! A huge thank you as well to Chef Soto for preparing the most delicious and tasteful food we had during our stay. Every meal was outstanding! And of course, a very special thank you to Rosalia from the Privilege Reception. She is truly the best — so kind, professional, caring, and always ready to help with a beautiful smile. "Only problem was we tried 3 different rooms upon arrival because the ac wasn’t working but they were very willing and helpful. Also, the restaurant reservation system is wonky, but again, they were very helpful and booked them for us. Staff was amazing. Daily pool activities, lovely bartenders, really fun. Bring bug repellents. "

"As always, the Majestic was amazing. This was our 4th trip here and hopefully not last. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Our room was always clean, and our butler would send someone right away if we had any issues. We will always recommend for people to stay here when visiting Punta Cana."

"We stayed for a week and honestly had a great time! The views were beautiful and the service was wonderful. We had a butler who helped us reserve the Mexican, French, Dominican, and Japanese restaurants. The French and Dominican restaurants were AMAZING — we absolutely loved the food there so much! Those were definitely our favorites. The Japanese restaurant was fun because they cook in front of you, but we personally didn’t love the taste. The Mexican restaurant took a long time before we were able to order and get our food, and since we’re from Nashville, TN, we felt the Mexican food back home tastes better 😅 The buffet always had something for everyone though — me, my husband, and our 3-year-old all found food we liked. I also traveled with my 8-month-old baby and thankfully neither of my kids got sick during the trip. We really enjoyed the entertainment team and the night shows every evening. Tuesday’s beach party with the fire show was amazing, and we loved the espuma foam party on Saturday! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again "
