Hotel Emion in Kyoto offered us a great all round experience for a decent price, the public baths are a good alternative to the onsets give the price, food and accommodation were decent. Location was really good- close to most things (20-25 ) min train ride.

Great hotel.

We stayed in the Nohga Suite… WOW! The room was next level, the location was so convenient and the breakfasts at the restaurant were one of the best we’ve ever had. The rooftop bar was also 👌 Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel and so close to a major train station. Amenities, we had to collect from downstairs at lobby. Clean, quiet and peaceful, and perfect for the price.

Check in staff very friendly, Close to transport and convenience stores. Good buffet breakfast options.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen experience was relaxing and the hotel was close (10min walk) to Kyoto station. We got daily room clean, it was clean. I had allergies to something inside the room… sneezing constantly.

Amazing property. Little dated but felt quite luxurious. Big rooms and outstanding service culture..would definitely stay there again..

This is a seriously good hotel. Vastly exceeded my expectations!

Very convenient to station.large rooms

Great location close to Kyoto station. Coffee/tea area in reception great. Welcome drink each night was a nice touch, and enjoying it while listening to live music. The hotel layout is interesting being open air - was very cold when we were there so the heaters and fire pits were great. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. An extra pillow would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very modern and clean.

So close to the station, rooms small but clean, bathroom facility was terrific. Great place to stay in Kyoto.

Excellent

This hotel is amazing! Not only clean and quiet and very modern but perfectly positioned close to all of the metro / train stations and hundreds of dinings options. The main road is great and bustling but also take the time to drop back one or two streets and explore the more traditional stores and eateries, it’s like a different city! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Fantastic hotel. We are a family of 4. The room was excellent - plenty of space and very nice. Exceptional staff. The hotel was kind enough to provide a full bed for each person which was a great bonus. The location is perfect, right at Kyoto Central Station. Absolutely loved our stay and Kyoto in general. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive stay at this hotel. Its location close to the train station was extremely convenient, especially on days when we spent a lot of time walking and exploring. As is common in Japan, hotel rooms tend to be quite compact, so the ground-floor lounge area was a great addition. It provided a comfortable space to have coffee, eat, or simply relax outside the room. The hotel's laundry facilities were always busy, but there are two excellent coin laundries less than a five-minute...

This was a great property, close to public transport and restaurants. Clean rooms and plentiful amenities. Would reccommend !
