Hotel Keihan Grande is the place like home to stay. I can’t imagine this hotel staff are very accommodating and they know what they are doing. We have a clean room, buffet breakfast is very good and lots of food to choose.. I will recommend this hotel to anybody, especially the location is great and accessible to buses, trains and airport.. love the place…

This hotel is right across the Kyoto Station. Within 30mins public transport to all the major attractions in kyoto. The airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel for Osaka Kansai International airport.

The hotel is old but clean. Staff is ok. The service opening hours is odd. The entire morning is close. Water bottle supply starts at 2pm. They also seem to raise the temp of the AC in the common area in the morning and lack proper ventilation. The upside is that it’s next to a mall with decent shopping choices and food selection. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. Location is probably the selling point.

A very nice and clean hotel right next to Kyoto Station with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Very convenient and definitely would stay there again. The he breakfast option was delicious! Staff are very courteous and helpful.

This hotel was excellent for our needs. We loved the proximity to the Kyoto station, the shopping mall next door, and lots of food options. The staff itself was super helpful, the hotel lobby and common areas were grand, and the washing machine came in handy. The bathrooms are a little on the older side and could use some updating, but they were clean. Our main highlight was the breakfast. It was top notch and unique every day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location at Kyoto Station with the mall and shops right next door. The breakfast section was excellent even offering sake! Great stay and would recommend for convenience and Goi’s value for money. Very handy to also have laundry and dryer facilities available to pay to use.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was amazing and so nice and very helpful! Omg it is excellent location right across the street from the train station. The hotel is connected to a high class mall with an 7-11 and several eating places to include McDonalds and a crepe place plus several authentic Japanese restaurants! And don’t forget a massive Donki!! They have a Japanese Drum Show also in the same bldg! I could go on and on about this location!!!! A must stay!!!
