The hotel is stunning, with amazing facilities, we had an economy room but this was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst in Japan, and we didn’t want to leave! Great for JR pass holders as it is right next to the JR station which also links to a range of attractions

Lovely property, very clean, like new. Spa was very relaxing. Conveniently located next to train station, one stop away from Kyoto Station. A few dining/ restaurants in the lower levels and around the corner. 7-11 next door.

Really close to a train station to get to Kyoto station. The amenities are great, the staff was accommodating. Though sometimes theyd clean the entire room, other times it was only the beds and bathroom.

This hotel was such a surprise. So much better than our previous hotel in Tokyo. It really is to be recommended. Just one JR metro stop from Kyoto central station so JR Pass ticket holders travel to and from free. No hesitation to use again

We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and kind. The location is perfect, literally connected to the train station by a path that takes less than an 3 minute walk. Great spa and dining options. They had an awesome crafts fair right across the street. Awesome! Grateful!
