"Stayed a couple times. Staff is great, rooms are good. Breakfast was on a deal for 10 pounds which just a pastry and coffee will cost elsewhere. 10 min walk to Kensington High Street tube station. Food choices in the tube station and nearby. Kensington Palace and the Orangery, where they have an excellent afternoon tea is about a 15 min walk away. We'd stay again."

"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with. For the price and what it is, you can absolutely find much better places to stay. Wish I would have!"

"The hotel was okay a bit old but room was okay clean but nothing woow. Area is safe i can say . Just keep in mind if you have luggage you are going to lug it up the stairs its very annoying its an old house made into hotel."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"I chose this hotel because of its location and the good reviews. I paid nearly $400 for two nights, including the additional $30 they charged me for an early check-in. I didn’t mind paying that. The room smelled strongly of dampness. It was small, although at least the bathroom seemed renovated. I barely spent any time at the hotel since I was out sightseeing most of the day. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of leaving my carry-on suitcase open on the bed with my clothes inside. Two days later, I traveled to Paris — and what a horrible surprise when I arrived. As soon as I opened my suitcase, I saw a small round insect and immediately realized it was a bed bug. I rushed to kill it. I shook out all of my clothes and ended up doing laundry at 11 PM because I was terrified there might be more. Room G10 has bed bugs. Please inspect it and call pest control immediately because this is a serious issue. Imagine arriving at your next destination and discovering this in your luggage. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel."
