"The room was clean but very dated. Notable problems included a poor shower (the bath ran at the same time). The room had no opening windows, which made it stuffy and as the aircon didn't seem to cool, this didnt help. Also the aircon was load, making sleep difficult if you want air! We paid for the breakfast which was ok, seemed a little over priced as there was not much choices. The 2nd morning's breakfast was chaotic and we had to wait. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Squeaky floors outside the room so could hear everyone walking past, was near the lift so most on the same floor. Breakfast was good, went early the first day but there was plenty so went later as less people, could still get everything you wanted. Basic room, a mini fridge would have been good so could keep fresh milk"

In my room, the bathroom smelled strongly of spoilage because the bathtub drain and sink were clogged, and after bathing, there was dirt residue in the tub due to the clogged drain, which left a strong smell. The sauna is in the men's locker room and is poorly maintained with mess in the locker room and dirty toilets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very varied."
