"The hotel is very nice, very well decorated, every aspect is perfect, the attention is fantastic, my congrats to the manager!
The breakfast is very good , but there are not scrambled eggs, that I take every morning of my life, but I survived. "
"I love staying in this area because of transportation- 2 streets over you have 2 tube stations central/circle/district-there also so many options to dine-and several grocery stores-The parks are up the street hyde park and kennisington park and palace-My room was one of the nicest I've had in my many trips to london- very secure and quiet!"
"It was an amazing experience at this hotel. We loved the warm welcome and cookies upon arrival, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was kept cleaned quickly as the tables were vacated. Even when we left we were treated as old friends. We would go back and stay there again, and we highly recommend the property. "
"a great place to stay. close to paddington station and very easy to get to once you kinda have a lay of the land. lots of stuff for tourists and locals alike. about a 15 minute walk to hyde park. there were 3 of us and we stayed for 5 nights. one queen bed for me and my husband and a sofa bed for my sister. the front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. the restaurant staff was very attentive. and the cleaning people! they went above and beyond to make us comfortable! they anticipated our needs and seemed to learn the way we slept (my husband needs two blankets, i need one, my sister needed extra pillows). we went on a day trip to paris and came back to our room immaculately set up the way we liked and they gave us extra peppermint tea! major shout out to them! if i had a gripe it would only be that the room itself could use a little upkeep. there were old stains on the carpet, a little mold in the shower and a little piece of the shower nozzle kept falling off but nothing that would keep us from coming back for another trip. "
"Rooms were small but functional. Daily maid service, free English breakfast, and cozy downstairs bar made our stay excellent. The front desk staff (especially Mo) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Location was very close to Paddington train station and was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend."
"The hotel is currently under renovation (Fall 3025). This may cause some minor inconveniences to some guests because there is some construction noise. Our room was already renovated. It was very clean, comfortable and looked great."
