"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."

The two issues I had was the elevator maintenance made it long to get up to room with only one lift, and the toilet placement was terrible. It was placed narrowly between the sink and the wall with a toilet paper mount on the wall jabbing you when you sat down. "
