"The property is in a good position, close to central Ballina and a short walk to the RSL club. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we would be more than happy to stay there again."

"We booked a superior king room and it felt like a cell. The only window looked at a grey wall 2m away. Very limited natural light. When I sat on the bed I sank down and nearly sat on the floor. The room also smelt quite funky and the bathroom smelt of wee. There was a large stain on the carpet as you entered the room. We also could not stream anything from my phone and I was told it was my phone's problem - never had a problem anywhere else. Having said that it was in the perfect position for the beach, shops and eateries!"
