"All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We had great drinks at the rooftop with Juan as the bar tender and Bernardo always suggesting options. We complained about some noise from the hotel next to us and they change our room . Everything was really good"

"This resort although pretty new functions like a well oiled machine. Offers the perks and elite experience that Hilton is usually known for. Food and drink options are plenty while being diverse. Both dine in and buffets offer a wide selection. Our main reason for selecting this resort is due to its Kids friendly approach to activities and stay. They have a day care for 4 years and older kids as well as separate section for teen kids."

"Our stay at Kimpron Aluna was just perfect for our little family. Modern, clean, cute, super friendly staff especially the General Manager Jorge and centrally located for getting to the town center, beaches and local sightseeing. If you don’t need the beach and are travelling with kids this is highly recommended!"

"The best best experience I ever had me and my husband loved it. We enjoyed the staff there. The food was delicious beautiful nature hotel. If you’re trying to look for something spiritual, relaxing couples, this is the place to go. One thing that we did not like that there is no lights at night, and everything has to be turned on by candles, but other than that it was a perfect experience for us"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Easy to walk from there to tulum centre. Many restaurants and stores around as well. Hotel staff were nice, rooms were clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned every day (unless we requested no to). Nice pools! Good breakfast that varied a little each day. Only thing is the street dogs that bark at night. They are not dangerous but i can feel a little scary. Overall I would recommend."
