Beautiful hotel exactly as advertised. Staff kept it clean and the spa is fantastic. They have a very beautiful private Cenote and the food at both restaurants were amazing. I would definitely book again.

Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk staff - professional, polite, helpfull to a solo older lady traveler. Johnny was most kind. I'd return.

Nice spacious room. The private pool with the jets were a must. Great food on property as well as anything you need to make a celebration special. The floating breakfast and private chef service were top tier. Definitely going back.

My stay at the copal hotel was amazing from the scenery to the aesthetics to the amazing food to the beautiful pool and a lovely room. I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this to anybody coming to Tulum. This was a peaceful stay full of tranquility and relaxation. I truly needed this experience and I’m glad I got to experience it with Copel Tulum hotel. The staff was excellent they were super friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. They really made the place feel like Home and didn’t make us feel like outsiders. Everything about this hotel was just amazing and I would leave it 1000 stars if I could. Excellent excellent excellent!!!

Stayed at hotel copal it was an incredible stay. The staff were all beyond helpful and friendly, they upgraded our room free of charge. The room was beautiful and spacious, the balcony was a very peaceful area to enjoy breakfast or a drink. The rooftop pool was great to cool off in, very clean and beautiful room. Had delicious steak tacos at the restaurant. Could not have been better in any way. The hotel is located in a very convenient area close walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops in central Tulum. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!
