The staff was so incredibly kind and friendly. Also if you get Bali belly, the hotel will send a doctor to your room and administer treatment in-room so you do not miss out on your vacation. "The location is close to restaurants and bars, the breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of options, rooms were tidy and the room service and poolside menu is good. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. All i could think that would be an improvement would be a few decent movie channels to choose from not that I watched much at all. Definitely stay again. "
