"Fantastic stay! We opted to fly into Denver and take the train into Winter Park. It was perfectly convenient! This condo might as well be in the resort, right across the street from the Resort base and Gondola. The direct, beautiful, fun Amtrak train from Union Station in Denver drops you off basically next door to the condo. The room was exactly as described, spacious, clean, separate bed room (there were other studio floor plans in the building), fridge, equipped kitchen for basic cooking needs.The completely free Winter Park shuttle system that runs from the Resort Village up to the town and to Fraser has a simple app and picks you up across the street from the front door, negating any need for a car (for our needs, at least). Check in went well, though the early request could've been more flexible. The logistics were our fault, not their's, but we wanted to check in as early as possible, since the train drops off at 9:30AM. They moved our 4PM check-in to 3, but charge 50/ hour beyond that. We were literally sitting outside the room waiting for 3, because we got there at 2:50. That's the only con, wish this was a little less strict. Hot tub was great! Though not hot one afternoon, the condo guy was on it, just took a bit to heat it back up.Roomy bathroom, big bathtub with seemingly endless steaming hot water and stand up shower. It was March madness, so the two big TVs came in handy!Overall, this fantastic place made my son's 13th birthday trip a complete joy!"

"We stayed at this VRBO condo with two other families who also stayed in the same building and it was a major disappointment for all involved. The listing clearly advertised ski-in/ski-out access, but that is false. Between the confusing check-in process and the parking system, we lost half of our first morning of skiing as we could not pick up our rental equipment the afternoon before our first day. Major issues:1. Misrepresented ski-in/ski-out access not as advertised2. Parking system was the absolute worst. We were stranded inside the garage several times due to the requirement of paying 24 every 24 hours. 3. The check-in process was confusing. 4. Building requires different codes for your room and hot tub access. You must keep your phone and VRBO booking info handy at all times to get around.5. Condo lacked towels for hot tub.6. Very uncomfortable mattress, cheap pillows and poor-quality bed sheets. Sleep was terrible.Our family has stayed in VRBO rentals many times. This was the worst experience in terms of convenience, comfort and misrepresentation of ammenities. When the only thing you talk about on vacation is how bad everything is, it ruined the trip. I cannot recommend this property until the listing is correct, the parking system is fixed and the basic comforts are improved. This constitutes our first, and hopefully only, negative VRBO review."

"We stayed at this condo with our 2 boys for spring break 2026. Even though the ski conditions weren't the best, we had an amazing time! This condos location is perfect. You can walk right out to the shared hot tub and grills and it has a huge private patio overlooking the village/slopes. We could walk right across the street to the gondola and restaurants and the ski locker storage was very convenient. The condo is adorably decorated with mid-century decor and even had a record player with records, which was so charming! There were games for our kids they loved. The master bed was super comfortable! My only feedback is maybe add blackout curtains to the master since the windows face the tree lit street. Overall highly recommend and would love to come back!"
