"Cozy mountain home by a bubbling stream. The home was well kept, and the layout provided 'together time' as well as time apart to rest and regroup. Beds, very comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Very close to town of Idaho Springs and many hiking trails. What a treat this was from NC all the way to CO! Will definitely stay here again should we travel to Colorado. Thanks, Ken!"

"This was a great location and only 1/4 mile from the wedding venue we were coming for. The space is very small, and not a lot of your typical niceties, i.e. an iron, but it was super cute and fit our needs well. The only issues we found were the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and was difficult to get anything to come up. In addition, on the day we were scheduled to leave, the power company informed us that the power was going to be shut off all day in order to replace a transformer behind the house. Luckily, it didn't happen the day before when we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding. We were gone before the power got shut off, so it didn't create a hardship."

The highlight for us was the kitchen—it’s fully equipped, spacious, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Quality appliances, sharp knives, and plenty of cookware made meal prep a joy. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the views even while cooking, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. This cabin strikes the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and scenery. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape!"
