There are three TVs in the house and we offer YouTube TV with Denver live local channels on all TVs, as well as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. This property features 3 security cameras (one facing the garage door, one facing the driveway, and a doorbell camera).

Our host was responsive and friendly. Her house is lovely and private. Our logistics ended up making an early check-in and late checkout preferable, and she was as accommodating as possible. We will definitely stay again, if we are in Idaho Springs. And with all the area has to offer, that very well may happen!
The house was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed skiing/snow boarding at Loveland which was just under 30 minutes away! We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around the house daily - deer, Turkey etc.
Property was super clean and cozy. Very spacious! Extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, tide pods and dryer sheets were super appreciated! Lots to do within very short distance. Nat was super receptive and beyond helpful!
Host was extremely easy to communicate with and made the booking process smooth. House is generally as pictured/described and stayed warm in the winter weather. Host was correct, 4wd a necessity to reach cabin due to steep drive (and the ice/snow in winter) - our 4wd suv didn’t have an issue, but our AWD suv didn’t make it up the driveway, but parking was available at bottom of hill. Overall pleasant stay.
If you are looking for a relaxing place to enjoy nature, you've found just the spot. Check in was easy and seamless. The house is large, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of room to spread out but enough seating to come together too. Our Littles enjoyed the games, Legos and bunk beds. We had a sweet family of deer who visited each day. Lots to do in the area and delicious food nearby.
We enjoyed our stay. This house is very close to a lot of summer activities. It’s just a couple of minutes from white water rafting and “downtown” Idaho Springs and a short drive to Red Rocks. The house was great and had plenty of room for our entire family. Our kids enjoyed walking out back and finding some of the caves. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. While we didn’t need anything from the owner during our stay, they were quick to respond during booking. We’d definitely stay again.
This was a great property and the host supplied everything we needed for our stay! She was a great communicator and assisted any way possible. She even gave me the name of an urgent center/emergency room where my husband ended up spending all but one night of our stay in the hospital!
The only suggestion I have is to explain the difficulty of the steps getting inside the cabin in a little more detail.
Would definitely stay again!

Okay place to stay
Few minor issues, washing machine didn't work well wouldn't drain water. Could not get heat to come on. TV's had nothing set up to use as far as accounts. We ended up using our own accounts on the TV. Thermostat broken off wall in master bedroom. Many spiders in Master Bedroom. Wasn't clean. They left laundry (sheets and towels) in dryer. Location is good and neighbor is okay. It would be difficult for elderly person to get into front door. The steps shown in the picture were not there. They can always have someone unlock house and enter through garage and use the inside stairs.
The house is a beautiful, well equipped home on the side of a hill up a private driveway. The views from the house were very nice. There was a family of wild turkeys in the neighborhood, and it was fun to see their activities. It is a big house with good heating and no drafts etc inspite of 0F temperatures when we got there. I liked dealing with the owners directly instead of a management company and they were very helpful and prompt. There was an internet outage and they were able to get somebody over the next day to fix it. The kitchen utensils could use a refresh but they were all usable. Fireplace had some issues as well and would not work. However be careful with snow- We got a foot and even my 4 wheel drive got stuck - had to be pulled out by a tow truck. The neighbors were very helpful. The house has no cell phone signal(atleast on verizon) and when internet was down - we had no way to communicate till we got to the main road.
A great property in Idaho Springs with easy access to the town and mountains. The host was pleasant and accommodating. A nice base for activities surrounding our son’s wedding!
We came out for a girls family reunion and had a wonderful weekend. Location is awesome, close to town and lots to do the House had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us.
We really enjoyed our time there in Idaho Springs. The place was just the right size for us and located central to our plans. The host was remarkable and took care of us beyond expectations.

great space!
our family visited Idaho Springs for a wedding. we found the house to be very nicely appointed and had plenty of room for us all.
We enjoyed the property. One of the beds seemed to be a full and not a queen. Overall it fit two families and another couple well. Very close to restaurants and grocery store in Idaho Springs.
We enjoyed our stay at this home. We were visiting family in Littleton and this was a great place to stay to get the mountain vibe and yet be close enough to family. Close proximity to the interstate. The legos, puzzles, and games were great for the kids. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, the beautiful scenery and the cool mountain breeze. This house was big enough to spread out in. We would definitely book this house again.
We had a great stay in Idaho Springs! The town is fun and pretty with many activities to take advantage of (hiking, rafting, zip lining, food and beer, and others we did not have a chance to do!). The house is conveniently located and quiet. It was just what we needed— clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, enough space for our family to spread out, games and puzzles, and a nice deck with many mountain hummingbird visitors. Thank you!
