"We very much enjoyed our stay at Shock Hill! The house was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location! We are already planning to come back in the future! "

"Lots of problems in room, shower door in one bath was unusable, and needed repair in the other bath the shower door was off the track and tricky to use after fixing, lights bulbs missing, stove was awkward and often left the light on when shut and would work in convection mode. Some light bulbs missing, busted cabinet doors and busted roll away bed. Our key stopped working twice during our stay, luckily during front desk hours. We also had a no knock or announced entrance to our room by a person hoping to 3d image our unit halfway through our stay, my eleven year old daughter was worried for the rest of the trip since she was sleeping in the entrance room that it would happen again. Disappointed the person didn’t knock or announce themselves. They just opened the door half way saw the unit was occupied and left… Front desk was closed due to flooding. Stefano the FD agent was kind and helpful and David the Maintenance guy worked hard to bring things up to speed.. great work by the staff. "

"The house is in a great location, and has a perfect layout. We also loved the dining room - it's so rare to find one that seats our extended family all together, in one room. They even greeted us with homemade soup, upon arrival. Five star house, for sure. Thanks so much!"

"The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and ended up eating food that you’d find in a gas station. Place is great for slope access but definitely not worth the price tag we paid. "

"Great place to stay for our Spring Break getaway! Condo had everything we needed and location was perfect - close to the slopes and close to Main Street. Easy shuttle to the lifts in the morning and ski all the way to the parking lot in the afternoon. Would happily stay here again!"

"The location offers a very easy walk to downtown and to the bus stops. The buses are frequent and get you almost anywhere you need to go. That was important for us, as the March snow was pretty sparse, so 4 o'clock run was not very well covered. There is also a Christie's ski rental right across the street for anyone needing rentals. The complex is aging, but the unit itself has been updated nicely. Host communication was excellent! "
