An Okay Experience
We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski weekend. The location was perfect - less than 10 min walk to downtown and easy access to Quicksilver ski lift. Beaver run ski lift is just a short walk up the hill. We enjoyed the proximity to town and mountain. The unit was fine - just below average quality for the price. Note, the fire extinguishers in unit expired in 2003 and some appliances didn’t function correctly. The walls are also VERY thin- could hear the neighbors having an entire phone conversation. We really struggled with the check in process. We were instructed to remotely check in via keypad with a code. Inside the unit there was a clear box on the wall with the pool key & a ski locker key. The key did not access any of the ski lockers though & skis are not allowed in the unit. Make other arrangements to store gear. FYI- YOU WILL GET TOWED if you don’t have a parking pass so make sure you ask for one... The guest portal did not say we needed a permit, & we were not given a permit during check in. We ended up getting a tow sticker on our vehicle at 5pm on a Saturday night. We called management but weren’t able to get a hold of anyone right away. We ended up having to cancel our dinner reservation while we waited for someone to kindly bring us a parking pass, which was very nice. Ultimately though- we were blamed the next day by the management company via text message for the parking problem, which really soured our feelings about an otherwise acceptable stay.
The unit was clean and specious for a family of four. The best feature was the walking distance to the Snowflake lift.

Perfect Stay!
Condo was very clean, which was at the top of my priority list. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was only a short walk through the parking lot to the shuttle to take us to and from the slopes each day. We will for sure be renting this condo again when we return to Breckenridge! Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay!
Great Location, just walk to the street and catch the Bus to Beaver Run. Easy Booking, Checkin and Checkout. Scheduling for Hot Tub was a bit confusing but we prevailed. All in all, a easy accessible location, good value, basic condo in Breck for Skiing over a Spring Break.
Easy after hours checkin. communication. Room was lacking paper towels for easy cleanup. No coffee filters for new coffee pot or sugar...simple additions. Fureplace glass could use cleaning. Everything else nice.
This was my families first time in Breckenridge. Out of pure luck, we found this place. It is great for a small family or couple, but has enough space for a ski group (pull out couch and two beds). Not only can you ski in/out from 4’Oclock Rd, but it is close to everything! Just a 4 minute drive to downtown, stores and restaurants. If you have an issue, they will respond right away. There’s a pool and hot tub a short walk away. The unit provided clean linens and was extremely clean. To say my family and I were happy would be an understatement. Rent this unit with confidence! The 3 flights of stairs are the only flaw.

Reviewer Comments:
It was a bit frustrating that there was only exactly enough towels in the unit for the number of people it claims to sleep, not one more. This grew especially frustrating when you walk down to the community hot tub only to find out you must bring your own towel. Now you are using the smelly chlorine towel for hot tub and for showering in the unit.Outside of that I think the place was clean, just as described, and a terrific location.
The unit is a great size and very good value. It’s priced like a 1br but feels more like a 2br given the layout of the loft and two actual beds.
The unit is also well stocked with kitchen supplies and additional blankets and bedding.
The furniture could use some updating and is not very comfortable.
The three floor walk up is not a big deal as the stairs are located outside and right next to the parking lot so it’s very quick in and out.
Some of the policies could be improved to make it a more enjoyable stay. Particularly the 10am check-out with no allowance for extending the parking. If you plan on skiing the last day of your trip, plan on moving your car as you’re not allowed to keep it in the lot, somewhat defeating the purpose of being close to peak 9 lifts and adding some expense if you don’t want to fight for the free lots.
You also have to pick-up and drop off the keys at on main st and not close to the unit. This seemed like an unnecessary hassle and could have been more renter friendly by having drop-box locations on site.
Also note that while VRBO advertises a 4pm check-in, you will have to sign a document after you book agreeing to 6pm as the actual guaranteed check-in time. My unit was ready at 3pm so not an issue but worth noting. Also, they say you need to return the keys by 10am to the offsite location. So even the 10am checkout time is misleading because you need to have vacated and made the trip to the offsite drop box location in order to meet the 10am key drop off.
All in all, it’s a good unit and worth staying in if you are aware of these policies and comfortable with them. Other nearby mountains, towns and rentals don’t suffer from these same inconveniences and I have found them happy to accommodate additional time for parking and a more updated check-in/out process. This is however pretty common for Breck.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was cozy and had all the essentials. It is on 3rd floor so requires stair climbing (no elevator). Beautiful view. Prompt service from rental service. Only complaint would be thin walls with loud neighbor the first couple of nights. Quiet after that. Easy access to town and bus service.
Came in for two nights and one day of skiing. Property is super convenient and close to shuttle to gondola and walkable to town. Pool/hot tub also nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great from check in to check out. The condo had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and cozy. Close to restaurants and the slopes. Would stay again. Had to check out a day early to avoid a snow storm!
My friends and I really enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to downtown Breck and Gondola to Peak 7/8. We only had 4 people total. If we had 6 it would have been a little cramped considering the two double beds and pull out couch wouldn’t accommodate a guys weekend very well. Other then that it was great.

Not bad.
The photos showing this property where not very descriptive. There are a lot of photos of the area, but not the layout of the actual loft itself. The upstairs toilet seemed to leak from the floor. We found cheese balls, and other pieces of food behind and under the furniture.
If you are trying to have a quiet stay and have more than 2 people, that is not realistic. It is very noisy, but that is understandable for it being a loft. The blinds for the windows upstairs don't block much sunlight and one of the handles was broken upon arrival.
I didn't hate it by any means, but definitely do not reccomend for the money. Location is everything for this property.
The place was exactly what we expected. The loft was a little odd, but more than enough for two couples

Enjoyable stay and location
Comfortable, clean and cozy place. a street over from Peak 9 Base. 1 long block off the main thoroughfare (HWY 9) and another 1 or 2 blocks to Main street where most the shops and restaurants are located.
Unit located on the 3rd floor and must use stairs. Has a nice view out from sliding deck doors, parking right out front. the beds and the 1 bedroom is on 2nd floor which were comfortable. Also, has a full bathroom upstairs and a full one downstairs. Stayed 2 nights and was able to check in around 1pm. While we where there it was very quite and didn't hear neighbor (end unit on top floor) with a little window in kitchen.
Had plenty of space and storage. although we had 3 in our group, could handle 6 with the pull out couch.
TV was a little hard to figure out with 3 remotes, but once we figured it out it was fine.
Would stay there again.
