Remodeled master bathroom with heated floor. Master bed is a king, 2 other bedrooms upstairs have queen sized, tastefully decorated, top of the line mattresses. 3 queens in all. The loft has two twins and is accessed by a circular stairway. This Breckenridge vacation home is IN the town of Breckenridge only one block off Main Street. Close to shops and great restaurants. It is perfect for groups who like to sleep in and ski later or would like to take a day off to shop. Breckenridge has one of the finest ski resorts in Colorado. Rated best ski resort in SKIING MAGAZINE. Sleeps 8-10.

LOCATION: North Ridge Street. Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. The shuttle is out the back door and turn right and is a very convenient way to access the mountain. The gondola is a short walk across Main Street. You will love this Breckenridge vacation house! Our house is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and Main Street. Great Winter Trip

We loved the house. It was close to the gondola and town. Perfect location! The house was nicely equipped with towels, kitchen gadgets and whatever we needed. Plenty of room everywhere. Warm and cozy.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge

This location was perfect for my group of 8. The place was very comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and gondolas. Our host was very kind and responsive whenever we had questions. I would gladly recommend this location and host to others and hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect family home for Spring Break Skiing

We had a greatbtime and everyone agreed that this property deserves 5 stars. The house and hot tub were perfect for us. It has one of the most complete stocked kitchens of anybrentsls we have used. I highly recommend this property and we all would stay here again.

Great location!

Easy to get to and then easy to get around town. Love that you can walk to the gondola (even in ski boots!) and the bus stop. A bit of an odd layout in the house but we were all very comfortable. The hot tub was a huge bonus!

Lots of room.

We Had a fabulous time With our daughter and kids (and with dog enjoyed a very nice stay at this very spacious home. We were walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and walking distance to the gondola to get to the ski resort. Family had a great time.

Great place!

Older property with charm! Fully equipped and convenient location to downtown. Short stroll to gondolas up to Peak 8. Great for skiers and non-skiers alike. Close to shops, restaurants. Highly recommend this house.

Yearly Family Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this home can’t be beat! A great deal of our family time revolves around cooking and eating, after a day of skiing or exploring the town. PERFECT LOCATION! Easy communication! I would highly recommend ❤️

Beautiful Historic Home

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is a historic home a block away from Historic Main Street. It's located in an area surrounded by other old historical homes and buildings, there is an old historic general store right down the street that also sells beer and liquor as well. The hosts are great! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and also the hot tub right outside the door! The kitchen is well supplied as well as bathroom towels etc. The bedding seemed very new and was extremely comfortable.

Property needs attention

Pros: great location and comfortable beds. Cons: Property is in serious need of repair. On arrival yard was completely overgrown and not secure for our pets, upstairs bathroom had toilet and shower problems, house was too hot to sleep, we couldn’t open windows because there are no screens and ceiling fans in bedrooms were noisy and shaking. No other fans are available. After contacting VRBO Customer Support the owner said she sent her handyman over and all was fine. It wasn’t. We do not recommend this property.

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The house was in great shape and provided all we needed. The location of the house was very convenient since it was only one street away from Main Street, where all the action is. The host was also very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.

This was a really nice property in the old district of Breckenridge. Just a block from downtown it made it easy for the folks in our party who are a bit mobility impaired to get to and enjoy the shopping and restaurants by foot - as an aside this property isn’t wheelchair accesible, but I’d definitely recommend it for anybody else. The hot tub was a nice addition!
