"Staff were lovely & offered early check in when I arrived to drop a bag off in the morning. Room was fine but heater wasn’t working so they gave me a small fan heater. Mattres was very old with big sagging dips on each side so I slept in the middle as was on my own. Convenient to town and gull Buss to airport."

"We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again."

"The house was well set up for a large family group. All equipment required was supplied. The sofa bed in the rumpus room was not suitable for our purposes. The ad said 6 bedrooms however there were only five. A detail we missed.The yard was very small although the outside dining area was very spacious. "

"Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. Room was clean though"
