"Great location. A short walk away from the main shinjuku area which is a blessing. Peaceful location opposite Nishi Shinjuku station on the Maranouchi line. Smooth check in and check out. Rooms can be small depending on the room option selected but clean. Property feels very safe. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good but more options would be better. Kind of the same each day. Overall stay was very good. "

"A clean, small, eco friendly hotel. Excellent location in Kabukicho and close to Shinjuku station. AC was cold, staff was friendly. Elevators do get full but that happens at all hotels. Allow early check in and late check outs to avoid “rush hours” on the elevators. "

"Reception staff were very welcoming. My wife needing additional assistance was brought a wheel chair. The room was very spacious given it was designed for three occupants and there were only two of us. Beds were very (exceptionally) comfortable. In close proximity to restaurants , shopping, etc. "

"Just an awesome hotel…if you want to stay in Shinjuku, you are in the heart of the action and no matter where you go you can’t always find your hotel!! Just look for the Godzilla!! Rooms were incredibly clean and quite large based on the location. The Airport Limousine bus is literally at the tower across the street."

"My wife and I stayed at the newly renovated Park Hyatt in February 2026. The hotel amenities, room, and staff were amazing, but there was one major issue. My wife got food poisoning from the hotel breakfast the morning of our checkout. We contacted the hotel and they seemed very concerned and called us several days in a row to check on my wife’s condition. After 2 days of severe illness her health returned to normal. However, the Park Hyatt did not offer any kind of compensation for this serious problem. For $1200 a night I expected more from this hotel. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. A short five to six minutes walk. The staff was very polite and helpful during the check in process. There is a baggage forwarding service available until noon. That is very helpful for those who don’t want to carry their luggage while moving from one city to another. For a small fee the service will send the baggage to the next hotel the next day."
