Clean and luxurious feeling to it for APA hotel. Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. Clean room, pool and onsen as well as the whole hotel. Great area if you need to get around via train. If you arrive early before your check in, they can hold your belongings until you want to check in. Also after check out if you’re flight isn’t until later the day, they will also hold your luggage
