"It was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The self service luggage storage was super helpful, especially with a airport bus stop right outside the property. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, so the location is really good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)"

"It was very clean and usually quiet except the men who used shoes to walk out the capsules to the exit door. It says “no shoes” before you enter but they used their shoes when they were leaving the capsule room. The sound was loud and annoying. "
