Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy so much of the west side of Tokyo. Staff were really friendly & helpful, complimentary breakfast and evening bar were both wonderful additions. Rooms well stocked & designed for a few days stay. Thank you for having us :)

Very clean room with all necessary amenities included. Location is ideal in the heart of Shinjuku district, especially since it’s next to train station. Room on the smaller side but as expected for Tokyo.

Perfect stop right in the middle of shinjuku, traveling with 3 was a bit tight in one room but we made it work! Clear communication with the staff and housekeeping service, if you denied service they still left a bag with refreshed waters, toothbrushes, and towels. Happy hour in the lobby was a lovely surprise alongside the free breakfast. Definitely worth the price!

It was a wonderful experience. Every staff member was so nice and helpful! There are several lobby areas to hang out and even the guests were all super friendly because we were all so happy with how we were being treated by the hotel staff.

Stayed for 6 nights and the service and staff can communicate well. The hotel provides breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon . It also helps that it provides unlimited water bottles. There was a lounge if you want to relax . The rooms are clean and good size. The only down fall was the sink was clogged. . Location is a bit far from Haneda airport. Overall, I recommend this hotel .

Room was tiny as expected and not much space to have luggage out but immaculately clean, good AC, very dark with black out blinds closed, elevator decent size, bathroom great. Breakfast is mostly pastries, cereal, coffee but was yummy and plentiful and they had to-go boxes so we could grab and run to our tours. Very close to both Shinjuku station which will get you everywhere and a smaller line around the corner. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Very convenient and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great and exactly what we needed, Great situation and offered really amazing services including free flowing happy hour. Lots of amenities provided including a continental breakfast. The room was small but that's because there was 3 beds in the room but apart from that I could not fault the property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised, a little small, but clean and well maintained and came with comfy pajamas to use. There was not a lot of space to lounge in the room., but the hotel provides several areas to lounge and enjoy a meal as well as free water bottles all day, toothbrushes and hair ties if needed.. They provide pastry in the morning and a great coffee machine. Wine and spirits are provided in the evenings. Very nice experience, near a lot of food places, easy to get a cab and get to train stations. I would recommend to friends and family to stay here.

Great budget hotel. It has everything you need at a low price, location is great just 7 minutes from Shinjuku’s restaurants and bars, 10 minutes from Isetan, Takashimaya, and Uniqlo. Convenient access to metro station. The donuts are great for kids and adults and the happy hour not fancy but enough to get your pre-game going.

Clean room with service provided each day if desired. Great laundry facility, and extras provided by the hotel if you forget anything. Location was near train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as siteseeing locations. Staff were great and helpful!
