"Very well equipped and spotlessly clean room. Bed is a futon so a bit on the hard side. Roomy for Tokyo. This is a love hotel but honestly it's absolutely fine and the sound proofing was a big plus. I would have no hesitation staying here again. And location was superb.....very close to Golden Gai and the attractions of Shinjuku"

"Perfectly good international hotel. When I first arrived by the limousine bus I was a little worried I was in a dark nowhere spot. But, after appreciating the quite nights sleep I woke to find myself a short walk from all of Tokyo via Shikoku station. Accessing the laundry became a regular race on account of the hot humid conditions.. "
"I stayed in many hotels
While in Japan and this one was superior to all. It’s luxurious, comfortable, in a quiet and safe area away from the touristy areas but seconds from the subway. The staff is professional and friendly. Have nothing but good things to say. "
"Great hotel in quieter part of Shinjuku. About 10-15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station area and 5 min walk to subway station (Red M line). 24hr 7-Eleven in basement and Daisy bakery in adjacent building which become our default breakfast spot. Room with 4 twin beds was spacious for Tokyo and worked well for our family. Highly recommended."
"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all!
We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free.
But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. That kind of welcome is rare, and we treasure it every single time.
Breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court has also become part of our routine. Great variety, fresh food, and a relaxed atmosphere—it’s the best way to start our day in Tokyo.
Keio Plaza isn’t just a hotel for us anymore—it really feels like our home away from home in Tokyo. We can’t wait to be back in December!"
"The staff provided exceptionally kind and attentive service, and all of my requests were handled with precision. The room was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings—close to the park and the prefectural office—were quiet and relaxing. Convenient pedestrian access through the tunnel made it easy to reach the Shinjuku Station area, and the limousine bus from the airport was a great advantage. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel."
