The staff at this property was excellent. When we arrived at check in a little before 2pm the dining room had already closed for lunch. Luckily a staff member recommended a great restaurant within walking distance.

Would not recommend. Staff do not interact with you. Very impersonal. Bad location with not much around. Room is designed poorly with limited storage and dark. On site restaurant was overpriced and bad quality. We had to ask for bread 3 times before they brought it. Empty mini fridge. Does not compare well to other 4 star hotels.

The hotel is very nice, upgraded amenities, quiet, with bigger rooms compared with other hotel rooms in Tokyo, amazing stuff, very clean, and the location is great too because it’s close to the train station and you can go everywhere from there. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will return on my next visit.

Beautiful property!! Excellent location —close to station easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Walkable to coffee shops in the morning… Overall loved the area, helpful staff, extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds!! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Tokyo area!
