"Great location and new property, but a few missing service details, for example, no drinking water on arrival. And no space to dry towels, so need to replace daily. Staff and service was great and the breakfast service is top-notch."

"The rooms are a decent size, the beds we’re comfortable but the pillows not so much. The bathrooms were nice as were the toiletries but I think it wasn’t quite as spotlessly clean as it could have been. It’s in a nice area with easy access to the tram and the city centre"
