Love staying at the Savoy. Despite being so close to Southern Cross station and trams it is very quiet, unlike newer buit hotels in the area. Staff are great. Only disappointment are the dining options but being in such a good area there is plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Hotel was lovely, let down as amenities listed spa to only find out that it was only if booked full service massage or other and so not available to hotel patrons. This was misleading and probably not to be listed as amenities but more passionate facilities at a cost. No pool so expected to have a spa at end of day and not available. Room was super comfortable and staff were accommodating

One of the best hotels in Melbourne, from the staff to the beautiful (very clean) building, I'd highly recommend! Some of the staff have been there around 30 years or more, and Glen (concierge) went above and beyond to make my stay well equipped! Thanks for everything!
