We like the close proximity to the hospital, the price and parking arrangements. We didn't like the smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling, broken toilet roll holder, the dirty cups in the dish washer, no body wash in shower, broken conditioner dispenser and no plugs for sinks and towel rack ready to fall off the wall

Great location, only a 12 min walk to Brunswick Street. Parking was fine, aside from idiots parking and blocking the 'out' entrance of the parking spaces. Had to ask for replacement top sheet, as had some type of 'yellow stain' on it?? Doona cover under it was also stained, but the new top sheet replaced by the helpful front desk person helped. Ironing board cover very loose and needs replacing, as kept falling off the metal board. Aside from those little things, a nice place to stay.

The room was very dirty. Dishes in the cupboard had to be washed before use. Food residue in the fridge. Pile of smelly wet towels in the bedroom cupboard! All manner of items left behind in the bedside drawers.

Easy booking and check-in process. Great location near public transport and lots of interesting shops and cafes. Close to the city. Only downside is that there was no heating and it was freezing in the room. The bed was comfy and warm though with extra doona provided so it was a good excuse to stay in bed! Would definitely stay here again, just not in mid winter.

Nice large, clean rooms, check in very smooth and NO demanding your credit card number which is a big scam at any time. Great location near multiple restaurants and bars, and Melbourne Uni.
