"Upon arrival at 8am after a long flight we knew it would be a long shot to get our room. The check in staff were super accomodating and allowed us to go upstairs and relax by the pool untill a room was available. We were super tired however it wasn’t long untill one the of the staff appeared at 11am to advise a room was ready for us - four hours before check in time - angel! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay - washing machine and dryer, full size fridge, microwave, couch etc. The location is super central in Melbourne CBD. We had a great stay, highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be coming back in our next visit to Melbourne"
