VIP checkin so eligible for complimentary wine which we had to chase up, only to be disappointed with a cheap $5 bottle of wine. Checkin communication was not very good. I stayed for 5 nights and accepted the room May only be serviced every other day. 3 nights later still nothing …only then advised by reception this is done by request …yet then told can’t be done that day…so room was not serviced for entire stay. Pool area same issue with lack of communication on checkin- pool is not accessible with room key. Again on enquiry we are the pool is open but you need to get a key from reception. No signage at pool or being informed of this on checkin.
