This motel is a hidden gem. It's beautifully maintained with really lovely managers. My room was very clean and very comfortable. I had all I needed and more. I travel a lot for work and can absolutely recommend this motel as a great place to stay.

Our recent stay at Karauh Motel was delightful. We were made to feel very welcome, our family rooms were clean and comfortable. The Motel Manager told us we're we could go for dinner that night and breakfast if we did not want it at the Motel.

Stayed here on my way up to Byron bay from Vic, perfect location to stop! Very quiet town but there is an rsl and petrol station within 100m of the motel. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and looked nice. Fantastic place!

We were given wrong information about opening time of the airport. As we were carrying medical equipment and insulin pump which meant we could not go through the scanner we caused a huge line up at security. I asked how we could have prevented this. They told me we needed to get there much earlier. Your front office lady did not know that the airport opened at 4:30am. She told us 5:30am. We could have saved a lot of anxiety for us and frustration for airport staff if we got there earlier.

We had booked 2 rooms for one night, and were going to book somewhere else after our day trip to Sydney. We liked the place so much we booked the second night there as well. The owners have done a superb job of renovating each room. They were clean, tidy and well sound proofed. The shower head was one of the highlights (you will see) and the bed was really comfortable. I cant fault this place.

Loved the peace and quiet, the bird life and leafy grounds. The garden was well kept. The reception person was very helpful and welcoming. Instructions and rules of the park were easy to follow and everything was easy and organised when booking in to the villa we stayed in. We were in walking distance to restaurants and cafes and a short distance from the bowling club for food. We had a lovely couple of days and will try to return in the future. Thank you.

Port Stephens is one our favourite places, we've stayed at many places in the area over many years, from our recent stay, the Anchorage is by far the best. We stayed in room 102, it was lovely, modern, a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed, but we discovered a slight problem. Easy to locate, quiet, roomy, in good condition, efficient check in and out.

Great cabins which were extremely clean and roomy for two people. Our garden cabin was on the same street that connects to the whalf and took a minute to walk to the waters edge. Super friendly staff who catered for our late arrival.

Great place to stop when travelling up or down the coast. Just off the highway, everything you need is close by, and friendly staff. Well worth it.

There was a little mould in the bathroom but I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning could not fault anything else my room and pol area were amazing.

This was our first time staying at a Big 4/caravan park. We stayed in the Kentia cabin with our two year old. We were very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and all the activities for children and families. The cabin itself had plenty of room for us. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Beds were super comfy too! The shower is above a bath which wasn’t an issue. And the bath was amazing! So big. We actually had the three of us in it one night lol. Had some beautiful birds...

The communication from the owners was fantastic, our room was great - had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Close to everything - lovely.

I loved my short stay at Paterson. It's a really pretty town north of Maitland. Train from Sydney. Accommodation was lovely, a former bank.

Everything about this place was great. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to shopping centre (across the road), with dining options and the likes of Coles, bowling, Chinese & Thai cuisine, KFC. Few minutes drive to activities such as sand boarding, camel rides, go karting, aircraft museum and more. The main feature is by far the wrap around pool although the water temp is cool during winter. The spa and sauna made up for it though....

Huge comfortable room with beautiful view of courtyard, lots of lovely garden ornaments and gardens. Restaurant had excellent meals, staff extremely friendly. Fantastic service all round, great value for money

We arrived a bit late and weren't quite sure how to check in as the office was unattended, however a quick phone call to Ian sorted us out. Ian and Jane are incredbly hospitable and genuinely seem to love their jobs. Upon walking up the stairs to our treehouse accomodation we were welcomed by a mother possum with a baby on it's back!!
