"Everything was wonderful at the Otter Hotel. I had no idea what to expect walking in as I booked based on meeting others here. My partner and I had great room with everything we needed, there was a nice view of the mountains as well. The restaurant (Good Folk) was delicious as was the coffee included with our stay. All the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub with the fire pits that offered a great view of the night sky. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! "

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite which had amazing views and breakfast included. The VIP staff was incredible and helped us plan our stay a couple weeks in advance. They were also there to help in every way. Overall this hotel is the Best in Banff. (We went to the Chateau LL as well.) "
