"I ussually stay at Hyatt Place hotels but the one in los Angeles really dessapoint me, I requested an early check in and was refused to get it and with almost another additional charge as much as the cost of the stay. I left my luggage to come in later and was given a room with a broken air conditioner. I requested another room and the refuse as they say that the engineer was on the way, waited and waited almost at midnight and call the front desk, no one answered, I had to run down and complaint that the man did not showed up, finally they gave me another room but, I would not go thru this again at this Hotel, bad experience and bad customer service."
