"The rental was in a nice historic neighborhood convenient to a number of stores. It was quiet except for the parrots at dawn & dusk, & very nice for walking. The unit was very clean & we had no trouble turning on the heat (although the remote for the living room heater turned on the TV every time we changed the temperature).
