This is a fully private suite within a single-story home divided into three units. Each unit is separated by a wall and has its own private entrance, offering strong privacy with no shared interior access. The unit includes a free washer and dryer and one reserved parking space. The front and back yards are shared.

Phoebe is a fantastic host and so sweet. We were vendors at the Christmas event near by and had to stay for almost 2 months. The place had everything we needed. The shower was really nice too. Thank you so much for letting us stay so long!
