Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (VRBO #840058).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Great view of the ocean! The elevator was relatively quick. I liked having the beach chairs and umbrella. The furniture was very comfortable. Mike responded quickly to all of my needs!

PCB Condo

The condo was in great condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and appliances worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing. The pool area was crowded, but well taken care of and maintained. Mike was very easy to work with and explained things very well. Dusty's was within walking distance and a great place to eat!

Owner is fantastic to work with. Location is within walking distance of the pier. Elevators at the complex are slow and often have a line, but the owner prepared us for that complication.

Amazing Views

We had a great vacation and the condo made it even better. The top floor views were unmatched and this was our fifth year in a row to visit Panama City Beach!! Long Weekend

Wonderful view from the top!

Owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation right there in the condo. The view from the balcony was awesome! We saw dolphins every morning, as well as sharks, rays, and schools of fish. You can see everything from up there! It felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and again!

Family fall break trip

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.

Come back place.

Enjoyed indoor outdoor time. Laundry and grill nice. Lovely master bed/bath. Big white couch great sitting lounging not so good sleeping. Fabric of two recliners showing age and use and I didn't use because didn't like the feel. It is always beautiful to be on the beach or have beach right out your door. AThought the height might create lack of sound but I still could hear my waves so spent a lot of time on balcony. Enjoyed walking the beach to and from Pier Park. Interested in winter rates as it is a come back place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze Unit 2305. The unit was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved being on the West side of Panama City Beach. Great parking facilities for older folks like us. Owner of property stayed in contact to see if everything was good .

a little slice of paradise

Mike was great to work with from start to finish he answered every question and was so polite. the property was just as pictured, and the condo was full of so much more than listed (wave board, low water level beach chair, tons and tons of kitchen appliances and gadgets to make it easy to prepare meals at home) however the pool was a great time, the “tiki bar” wasn’t as expected. We loved being so close to pier and seeing sea life all around! We will be staying again one day!! THANKS MIKE

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such a great time. Condo was stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of space for storage. The property was beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful. Not as crowded, but still close to everything. We would stay here again. Mike was very good with communication and staff was very friendly at Sterling Breeze!

This property was fantastic! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. We saw manatee, a sea turtle, a shark, and a bunch of stingray. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park which was a huge plus. The owner was awesome and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.

Love the View!!

The condo was very clean and accurate based on pictures. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. I'm thankful the owner had some extras for the condo. Thanks! The only thing I could recommend a change for the entire condo would be to add some black out curtains for the bedroom. Due to the outside safety lights being so bright, no matter what time of night I woke up I thought it was morning and time to get up. That's more of a personal recommendation... No other issues at all!! Thanks for having us.

Just Wow

The view could not get any better. The condo was really nice and very clean. This will be our first choice for now on. Grandson had a blast and him being 15 says a lot. When he would rather stay at the condo and beach area instead of arcades etc.. says even more. Mike was available with text each time I texted him.
