Rooms were clean. View of the beach was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not use the pool during our trip. Everything you need is close by. Hotel could use some updating but we have stayed there several times and would stay there again in the future.

The room was clean and no foul odor. Linens and towels were provided. Recommended place to stay in PCB, not far from restaurants if you need breakfast.

All rooms need to be updated and remodeled. Thermostats did not work properly in room 7508. Front desk staff were nice and helpful with check in. We’ve stayed here many times and love the location. This place has so much to offer but certainly needs remodeling, new mattresses and decor.

Everything was nice, clean, & as expected. Staff was always friendly & helpful. Only thing I would change is updating room furniture & mattresses are not real comfortable. They need to be replaced.

All staff we encountered are very nice. Rooms are clean but beds are not super comfortable. They are acceptable though. Right on the beach with very easy access and nice outside pool area. Older property but a nice facility. Have stayed here several times and will again. No ice machines but you can buy ice in the lobby. Take your own hand and body wash.

The room was big and clean, and the front desk people were kind. However, I wish I got a room in the main hotel that had a lobby. My room was across the street, so it was a bit inconvenient having to cross the busy street to get to my room. I also had to go to the main lobby across the street to get water each time, which was tiresome.
