We had a great time during our stay. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful when asked questions. Our room was very clean and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash in. Great location and we will definitely be back!

From the parking area to the room was excellent once you got there. at check-in two cars had the only two places available so it clogged up the entrance. room had been updated but not certain how long ago. for our purposes hotel location was excellent, we walked easily to where we wanted yo go. we would stay here again.

Great staff and location. Highly recommend it. You cannot have better bargain for the price. Very safe and lively. Stayed there with kids and it was a very family oriented atmosphere. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Mermaid show was great for kids. The place can use better bathroom space. It looked outdated and lacked usual body washes and shampoo dispensers like other hotels, we had to keep requesting small minipacks.

Fantastic hotel. The staff is great, there is always someone cleaning. You can walk around at 3 AM and someone is cleaning the floors,pool, park lot. The breakfast was great and the servers Donna, Diona and Steve worked hard; solid 5 stars to them. The pool is fantastic and the actors playing pirates and mermaids made sure all the kids (and adults) had a great experience. I can’t put into words how nice, clean, friendly this hotel is. Excellent stay. We will always come back when in Panama Beach.

Enjoyed the location and having easy access to the beach...a beautiful view...quiet. Please remind staff when cleaning to check the humidifier - as guests are asked to leave the AC running at least 70. Also, I was hesitant to turn on the light near my bed as the shade looked charred.

The view is great, right on the beach. That is exactly what we wanted in a beach hotel, however, the balcony A/C was right there, loud and blowing hot air on us. We turned it off just to get some temporary quiet. This is an old hotel in need of updates. The staff were all helpful and the breakfast was typical hotel food. During our stay, some parking spaces were shut down due to a fallen pole, so we had to park in an overflow lot across the street. Close spaces are taken quickly so expect to walk a bit.
